An important thing to note is that even though our office may not come up on your insurance company’s list of providers, we CAN still submit claims and use your benefits. And in most cases, there are no additional out of pocket expenses for checkups and cleanings! This applies for all PPO plans including CIGNA, Aetna, Guardian, Metlife, Anthem, United Healthcare, BCBS, and more.
